Discussions between our room manager in charge of the choice of wines<\/strong> and our chef Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric. Indeed, our restaurant card<\/a> is renewed twice a year. What's more, \u00c9nora uses feedback from her customers to choose certain wines that are very popular and to build up the restaurant cellar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
