The restaurant A l'Image Sainte Anne was the third establishment to be awarded the title of Maître Restaurateur in Vannes. This is a great satisfaction for the whole team who are working hard to live up to this title obtained at the beginning of 2013, following the total renovation of the kitchen and the dining room. Home-made food has been the motto of the establishment since its creation in 1738!
The title Maître Restaurateur represents the excellence of the best professionals in the traditional restaurant business, recognising their competence and their commitment to quality.

These points are verified by means of an audit carried out by a declared certifying body, independent of the State. It is the prefect of the department of the candidate's main establishment, or of the company he or she runs, who is responsible for awarding the title of master restaurant owner, in the light of the audit report and all the documents in the application file.
In addition, candidates for the title must have a qualification or proven professional experience in the restaurant business.
