As part of the renovation of our hotel, we went in search of archives of Vannes 1900. After calling on the services of Vannes municipal archiveswe were able to findold photos of the town that make up the current decor of our hotel and restaurant À l'Image Sainte-Anne.
By a desire to keep the French traditionwe wanted to put the spotlight on old vannes and the memories he has of it. Thehistory of Vannes is an integral part of the decoration of our hotel and our Maître Restaurateur restaurant where you can step back in time and recall fabulous memories over refined traditional cuisine with a strong Breton accent.
