Our traditional restaurant in Vannes works with the Guillaume fishmonger's to offer you quality, fresh and local products!

The Guillaume fishmonger's has specialised in 100% wild Breton coastal fishing products since 1980. You will find the best of coastal fishing directly from Vannes for the pleasure of your taste buds.

 

Oysters - Maison Jegat


The oysters that you will find on the menu of our restaurant as soon as it reopens come from the Maison Jegat in Arradon. They are without doubt the best in Morbihan.

Maison Jegat was founded in 1925. The oysters are bred in the old-fashioned way, on the ground, for optimum quality. Its oysters and flat oysters are recognised: 5 gold medals and 5 silver medals obtained since 2012 at the Concours Général Agricole.

The Laiterie Le Gall offers a selection of creamery products made in the traditional way. A traditional family dairy in Quimper since 1923, it has the desire to cultivate the excellence of authentic know-how.

All the butters from the Le Gall dairy are made exclusively in barrel churns. This is a tool used to transform the cream of milk into butter. This traditional manufacturing process respects a slow churning and mixing of the cream for an exceptional result!
